The museum's grand hall is home to one of the finest collections of totem poles and Pacific coast house facades in Canada. However, high visitor traffic and multipurpose use of the space were exposing these precious artifacts to risk of damage. The solution was to redesign signage and visitor information panels, which now serve as both protective barriers and interpretative supports.
